Increase Streak if Story Read from Past Stories

Modify the streak-tracking system so that reading or completing activities for a story from a previous date (from the past stories section) counts as valid daily activity. This would allow learners to maintain or increase their engagement streak even if they miss the current day's story and catch up later using older content.
