Add On-Tap Dictionary to Quiz and Questions in Mobile App

Extend the existing on-tap dictionary functionality within the mobile application. Currently available primarily in the main story text, this enhancement would allow learners to also tap on individual words within the text of quiz questions, answer choices, and question/answer sections to instantly look up their definitions.
